The NFL has two trends going on right now--one-handed catches and box jumps. It seems like everytime we turn on our computers we see another football player going nuts making some sort of crazy one-handed catch or jumping higher than any normal person should be able to jump from a standing position. Than again, we are not talking about normal people when it comes to professional athletes.
