Carolina Panthers TE Greg Olsen Has No Sympathy For "Dehydrated" Rookies

The NFL world got a small injection of action this past weekend with the latest crop of newcomers getting their first taste of life in the NFL with rookie mini-camp. Every day there has been one story that has been consistent. Some of college football's finest and the next group of superstars couldn't handle practice and became dehydrated to the point they had to go to the hospital.

If you have ever been dehydrated then you can understand the pain these guys were in. Carolina Panthers tight end Greg Olsen, on the other hand, had no sympathy at all.

Olsen took to Twitter to express his lack of empathy for rookies that were hurting:

He has a point. What have these guys been doing the last four months? Have they gotten so much out of shape since the college football season ended that they can't handle practice in shorts and helmets? Don't most of them quite going to class in order to concentrate on preparing for the combine and draft?

Heck--it's not even that hot out! Just wait till training camp during the dog days of August.
