Last season the Oakland Raiders got who they think will be the quarterback of the future in Derek Carr. While his season was good it could have been better. At the same time his targets left a lot to be desired as well. So this year the team addressed that in the first round by drafting the best wide receiver in college football, former Alabama wide out Amari Cooper.
Great college players do not always make great professional players though; especially if they don't have a good support system.
