Minute Maid Park Experiences a Little Flooding During the Astros-White Sox Game [VIDEO]

With the way the Houston area has been hit hard with rain of late it is not surprising to hear about something flooding. What is surprising, however, is that somehow Minute Maid Park--the home of the Houston Astros--had some flood issues during Saturday's game. Why is that surprising?

The stadium has a roof, and it was closed.

Fans and reporters were taking pictures and videos of the rising water inside the park. As bad as conditions were inside, it was much worse outside. Like the Toyota Center after the Rockets-Warriors game last week, Minute Maid officials told fans they could wait out the weather at the park if they wanted to.
