Seattle Seahawks DL Michael Bennett Full of Awesome Quotes During Recent Radio Appearance

Seattle Seahawks defensive lineman Michael Bennett has been one of the best sources for blogging material of late. There have been the trade rumors followed by the denial of said rumors and his desire for a raise. During a recent radio appearance he gave some of the best quotes of his young career.

In typical Michael Bennett fashion he didn't hold anything back.

When asked what it was like playing for Pete Carroll he compared his head coach to Willy Wonka:

"I would say he's like playing for Willy Wonka," Bennett said. "He's crazy. He wants to be young. He's just one of those guys who's always upbeat and just wants to have a good time because he lets you be yourself."

He didn't have too many nice things to say about his former Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach, Greg Schiano. When asked if he has played for anyone that would be considered "stiff" he had this to say:

"I've done it before, and it's not fun," Bennett said. "His name is Greg Schiano."

But he did soften the blow a  little:

"He's a great coach, but he was just hard on everybody," Bennett said. "He comes from a different type of background -- real military-style like, the 1996 Belichick. He's really tough. Overall I think his football knowledge is pretty good."

The best one had to be when he was asked about the decision not to run the ball on that fateful play in the Super Bowl.

"The inch that mattered," Bennett said. "A lot of women understand that."

Apparently he had sex on his mind a little. When asked about any future children he had this to say:

"Yeah, I try to work on it every night," Bennett said.

Please don't ever change Bennett.
