The St. Louis Rams have one of the best young defenses in the league. Their front seven is among the best in the league and with good reason. The group that the Rams have fly around to the ball and put pressure on opposing offenses that few groups can in the NFL today. Of course to do what they do the members of that team have to be in tip top shape (kind of hard to fly around otherwise).
