Washington Redskins wide receiver DeSean Jackson has already done the talking for the team by claiming that they are the team to beat in the NFC East. It was a strange claim since the Redskins were just 4-12 last season good for dead last in the division. It is a familiar spot for the Redskins since they have finished last in six of he last seasons.
