Jerome Bettis Has a Really Stupid Question for Johnny Manziel [VIDEO]

For some reason ESPN has a habit of signing former players as reporters/analysts. On one hand they do bring a lot of experience to the table. On the other, being a player does not mean you have the ability to talk about the game. Normally former Pittsburgh Steelers running back Jerome Bettis is one of the better ones, but not in this case.

The question he has for Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel is just stupid.

Come on Bus! The only reason why his personal life is in the news is because the media puts it there. I doubt he has ever called up the media to say he's going to the bar for a couple drinks or having dinner with Mom.

He just lives his life like hundreds of other professional football players who also do stupid stuff. It's only news because ESPN wants it to be. So if you want his personal life out of the news Bus stop talking about it.
