Mathew Stafford is a good quarterback. We can't really call him great but he is pretty good. It helps that he has the best wide receiver in the game to throw the ball to in Calvin Johnson. Will it be enough to take the team to the promise land? Probably not. They will need someone else to step up and make plays as well.

Will they get that this year? Who knows, but the Stafford to Johnson connection is still pretty sweet.
