WWE Superstar John Cena Doesn't Skip Leg Day [VIDEO]

Wrestlers have to be in incredible shape. There is no way these guys can do what they do without being in incredible physical condition. That, of course, means they have to work out a lot. Fans of WWE superstar John Cena know that he is a gym rat thanks to all the video clips he likes to post on Twitter of himself lifting serious weight.

Like 480 pounds on bench press.



Like any good lifter he knows the importance of not skipping leg day and clearly never does.
