WATCH: Steelers LB James Harrison Doing Reverse Grip Bench Press Reps With 365 lbs
Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin held James Harrison out of the team's first practice to 'protect him from himself.' When you are a guy like Harrison there is only one speed, and at this stage of the season he doesn't need to be on the field. Time for the young guys to get reps.
