Dallas Cowboys tight end coach Mike Pope has been known to try some rather unorthodox drills from time to time to make his guys better, but Tuesday's trick may be his simplest and bet one yet. A picture of Jason Witten with a mesh bag over his head has been making the rounds online.

Yes, a laundry/ball bag is on his head.
