When you look for a good tight end you want a big guy, but not one that is so big he can't run down the field. That way, when necessary, he can run over someone to get a few more yards. The Baltimore Ravens got someone like that in rookie Maxx Williams (6'4" 250 pounds).
He certainly proved he can run over someone to get those crucial yards when he ran over a Saints defender in order to pick up a first down on 4th and 20.
