For the last four seasons, when healthy, Jordan Cameron was a great target for whoever lined up as the quarterback for the Cleveland Browns. His potential was pretty clear in 2013 when he caught 80 of 117 passes thrown his way for 917 yards and seven touchdowns. When the Miami Dolphins signed him to a two-year, $15 million deal it was probably with hopes he can have a similar season with Ryan Tannehill tossing him the ball.
If they can have a few connections like this one from the team's recent scrimmage during the regular season those hopes may become reality.
