He was 18-34 for 236 yards, a touchdown, and an interception when he was pulled for Ryan Mallett.

It will be interesting to see what Bill O'Brien decides to do next week. The fans are certainly going to call for Mallett, but it may not be fair Hoyer to get pulled until he gets chance to play with Arian Foster.
Houston had a crappy run game against the Chiefs making it easy for the defense to focus on the pass. However, with Foster helping him out he might have had the time he needed. There is a chance Foster could return next week so it will be interesting to see what O'Brien decides.
It would be surprising to see him make a switch now. On one hand, you don't want to keep going with Hoyer if he is going to play as bad as he did Sunday, but the Chiefs are one of the best defenses in the league. They make a lot of guys look bad.
The one thing O'Brien is not going to want to do is create a quarterback carousel (in case Mallett flops as well).
