Should Giants DL Damontre Moore Be Fined For Late Hit On Cowboys QB Tony Rommo? [VIDEO]

Giantss fans probably felt like they had been donkey punched by time Sunday night's game against the Cowboys ended. Yes, they got lucky and were the beneficiary of some typical Cowboys breakdowns, but one of the many signs of a good team is the ability to take advantage of another team's miscues.

The Giants certainly benefited from Dallas mistakes, but the final drive by the Cowboys should have been benefited by a mistake by Giants defensive lineman Damontre Moore. Instead the Giants benefited by a mistake by the refs who failed to see this late hit to Romo:

The question many Dallas fans would like answered now is whether Moore is going to be fined on the play. Since the NFL has started making liberal use of fines in recent years it has not been uncommon for the league office to fine players that should have been flagged during a game.

So--what do you think internet? Is this bad enough to warrant a fine? Or should Cowboys fines be happy with the win and move on since the hit didn't impact the game anyway?

    1. Right you are, we have 9 officials now & nobody dropped a flag. Romo got right up, but OBJ was face down for awhile, & left the field. Romo DID NOT leave the field.

    2. If there was one the guilty party should be fined as well.
