WATCH: Cal DT James Looney Nearly Rips Head Off Of Texas QB Jerrod Heard With Facemask

Cal defensive tackle James Looney is lucky he didn't get ejected from the game after this play. He didn't just yank on Jerrod Heard's facemask. He grabbed a hold of it as he passed by and used it to throw Heard to the turf. It got Texas another 15 yards, but as severe as it was that just doesn't seem enough.

A play like this on Sundays would get Looney called to the commissioner's office and a heavy fine (at least).
