WATCH: Notre Dame DL Romeo Okwara Nails Georgia Tech Justin Thomas With Cheap Shot
Sometimes you can excuse late hits because the guy had too much momentum going and couldn't slow down or chase course enough to miss the guy, but that was not the case with this shot by Notre Dame defensive lineman Romeo Okwara on Georgia Tech's Justin Thomas during Saturday's game. The ball was away while Romeo was far enough away that he could have easily changed course and missed him.
