It is not an ideal situation, but there are times when a punter is expected to make a tackle. One such time arose Thursday night during the Seahawks-Raiders preseason finale. The Raiders return man was barreling down on Seahawks punter Steven Hauschka, and at first it appeared as if Hauschka was getting in to position to make the play.
