WATCH: Seattle Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch Takes St. Louis Rams Defense For A Ride
Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch didn't have a crappy day against the St. Louis Rams, but he didn't really have a great one either. Gaining 104 total yards (73 rushing and 31 receiving) is not a bad day's work for a back. That is not to say that he was unable to go "beast-mode" during the game.
