It should come as no surprise that a Philadelphia newspaper's cartoonist is throwing barbs in the direction of the Dallas Cowboys. It's what news outlets in rival cities do, but this zinger is one that many people in Dallas and around the country--football fans or not--can get behind. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has been widely criticized for picking up Greg Hardy, a player who avoided jail time for domestic violence only because the victim refused to testify at the appeal.
