Running Game And Defense Help West Virginia End Losing Skid At Four Games [VIDEO]

West Virginia has been in a bit of a slump lately, After starting the season on the right foot with three strong wins the Mountaineers dropped their next four to some pretty tough competition in Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Baylor, and TCU. So when they faced off against Texas Tech Saturday afternoon they really hoped they could bring an end to the losing skid.

Thanks to a strong game by the difference and solid performances by running backs Wendall Smallwood and Rushel Shell they were able to end the skid at four with a 31-26 win over Texas Tech:
