With his reputation being what it is you would expect it to be Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler with the struggle face at the end of Monday night's game--but that was far from the case. Instead fans saw a game where Cutler overcome his mistakes from the first half to play a solid second half.
After he threw the go-ahead touchdown pass to Zach Miller he was just a little bit pumped:

However, for the normally demonstrative Rivers the struggle had become all too real. After getting out to a 16-7 halftime lead he could not get any points on the board in the second half, and his team ended up falling behind 22-19.
So, yes--the struggle was real for Rivers.
