The young guys in he league tend to do all sort of crazy things in order to get open for their jaw dropping dunks. Vince Carter of the Mavericks--he's not so young anymore; so he has to resort to using something one sportscaster recognized this past year as "trickeration."
The guys calling the game seem to think that Vince was playing hurt here and that is what caused the defense to slack off of him and leave a lane wide open for the wily veteran to slice right through. (USAToday)
