Matt Forte's House is Well--Nice

When you are a superstar in the National Football League you can't have just any old house. Actually, to live in something that most people would call a 'house' is just wrong. You have the means to have more than just a house, so why not get it?

Matt Forte, superstar running back of the Chicago Bears (in case you didn't know), has the means, and now he has the house--excuse me--mansion befitting a player of his stature.

Okay--so nice is a bit of an understatement for this 6000+ square foot mansion that he got  for $1.47 million.

I can't help but wonder one thing though. Do players like him actually take on a mortgage when they by houses like this? The man makes enough to buy it out-right after all. Do realtor's give cash or paid in fulll discounts?
