Memphis Grizzlies Win Wrestling Match of a Game Over Los Angeles Clippers to Take Series

It is kind of telling about a game when shortly after it is over the only play that is available on YouTube (ESPN or NBA) is of two of the game's stars--Blake Griffin and Zach Randolph--wrestling.

That's right sports fans--wrestling.

Referee Joey Crawford had his hands full trying to keep this one from evolving into a WWE-style Battle Royal. Along with this little scuffle you had tons of elbows and bodies crashing around and more than a few flared tempers and bad attitudes.

In the end he ended ejecting two, Chris Paul and Zach Randolph, and called seven technicals.

As far as the actual basketball went the game was close, but rarely out of the control of Memphis. The Clippers only lead was a brief 45-44 one during the second quarter, but the Grizzlies quickly took it back and never let it go.

The win gives the Grizzlies the right to move on to the next round and face the Oklahoma City Thunder. It also makes them just the tenth team in NBA history to win four in a row after falling behind 0-2 in the series.
