Ronda Rousey is easily the rock star of the women's division in mixed martial arts. She's hot. She's smart. She's very marketable. And she can kick some serious behind in the Octagon.

There are likely going to be others like her that we will become aware of, but only because she has blazed the way. Yeah, there may be many before her and others that have been in the fight longer, but her taking full advantage of the opportunity allotted her has opened the door for more women in a what has been a male-dominated sport.
