Chad Johnson Blows Plea Deal by Slapping Attorney's Butt

Maybe Chad Johnson got confused in court Monday and thought he was back on the sideline of an NFL game. How else can you explain why he would slap his attorney on the rear end in court?

If you are thinking it sounds too ridiculous to be true you would be half-right. It is absolutely ridiculous, but sadly completely true.

Over the weekend Johnson's lawyer had come to a plea agreement with the court to keep his client out of jail after he violated his probation (which he is on for head-butting his now ex-wife).

The judge has already shown that she was not too happy with Johnson in an earlier hearing. You would think that would have been enough to keep him on his best behavior, but instead he slapped his attorney's behind during proceedings as if he just made a big play on a football field and incurred the wrath of the  judge once again.

As a result, the plea deal is gone, he'll spend the next 30-days in jail, and have his probation extended till December.

Maybe this will be what he needs to resurrect his career. With the way the NFL loves a jailbird/convict he's bound to make a team's roster now!

Hmmm...could that have been his plan all along?...
