Chad Johnson was well on his way to skipping out on jail time for violating his probation when he gave his lawyer an 'attaboy'--basically a slap on the behind. It's something he has given and received a thousand times on the football field, but this one time in the court room cost him.
For something this simple to set the judge off you have to think that the judge really didn't want to give him a plea deal in the first place so she used this as an excuse to send him to jail.
