It is not going well for the St. Louis Cardinals in Game One of the World Series so far. Adam Wainwright has gotten shelled early on and the team has fallen behind early 5-0. It could be a lot worse though, and it would be if it wasn't for Carlos Beltran.
David Ortiz had just gone all Big Papi and appeared to have hit his second grand slam of the post season--but than Beltran reached over the wall and made the catch.

The catch came with a price though. In the process of making the catch Beltran was injured (rib contusion) and had to come out of the game.
5-0 Red Sox after three.
