Case Keenum has a tough task ahead of him Sunday night, but the hardest part of the game is not going to be dealing with the Indianapolis defense.

Kubiak made it seem as if the decision was solely based off of performance, but that was not exactly the case. According to reports, Matt Schaub has torn ligaments in his ankle and would not be ‘right’ for the rest of the season.
Things were already not going well for Schaub, but with his mobility decreased even further it is hard to believe that he would be able to turn it around. So essentially if Kubiak wants to have a chance to save the season he has to start Keenum.
Sure is a good thing the man can play.
He played well against the toughest defense in the NFL—the Kansas City Chiefs—in his first start (15-25, 271 yards, one touchdown); a performance that will give fans a lot of hope going into Sunday night’s match-up against the Colts. When you look at it and his body of work from college fans have every reason to believe that he can get the job done going forward.
Keenum will have one problem though—Kubiak....
