Giants WR Victor Cruz Leaves Game With Nasty Injury

A rough season may be getting a lot tougher for the New York Giants. During Sunday's game with the Philadelphia Eagles the young wide receiver was slammed hard by a pair of Eagles defenders. At the end of the GIF it appears that he is trying to grab his right shoulder, but the early word is that the team is getting an x-ray on his neck.

Neck injuries are no joke so this could be very bad for the struggling Giants. The only consolation they have for the day is since Michael Vick has been knocked out of the game as well the Eagles offense is horrible.

I don't think he was contacted in the head, and it appears as if he took the brunt of the hit with the ground on that shoulder so I would not be surprised if we have a shoulder separation or sprain here; worst case a broken clavicle.
