#HeyVols Trending on Twitter After Alabama Destroys Tennessee 45-10

Fresh off an upset win over an injury depleted Georgia team the Tennessee Volunteers were on such a high that throughout the week while they prepared for Alabama they referred to the Crimson Tide as that 'red team.'

I can see what they were trying to do; humanize the national champs by looking at them as just another team. Well--that didn't work.

Before the game was even done fans were taking to Twitter to let Tennessee fans know just how they felt about the slight (referring to them as 'red team') and to make sure the Vols fans that didn't watch the game knew how it went:
