Is Johnny Manziel Playing Against Vanderbilt?

All week long the biggest question in college football was the health of Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel. All week long the word was the team was 'hopeful' that he would play, but did not really give any specific information about the extent of the injury.

Early in the day Saturday Head Coach Kevin Sumlin would just say that it was a game time decision. According to some of the message boards Manziel was warming up with the first team, but did not stay out on the field long.

But is he going to play?

According to the commentators for the game's broadcast the answer is yes. With kickoff moments away the sideline reporter asked Sumlin and was told that Manziel is going to start.

The shoulder is still likely going to be a bit tender so it will be surprising to see Manziel run a lot today, but if he does he will likely be sliding a lot more and definitely not going head--or shoulder--first.
