11 GIFS That Prove Ben Roethlisberger Had a Better Time at the Royal Rumble Than You Did Watching the Pro Bowl

Ben Roethlisberger used to be the kind of guy that was either playing in the Super Bowl or Pro Bowl every year about this time, but not this season. No, this year was done when the regular season concluded. After having gone to enough Pro Bowls he knows all too well how dull the game can be to watch so since he had the night off he went to the WWE Royal Rumble instead.

Needless to say he had a much better time than anyone watching the Pro Bowl. If this GIF is not enough proof for you I've got 10 more from the good people at SBNation and Fansided that should do the trick.

Wrestling may not be a competitive sport like the NFL, but it is entertainment. Like the Pro Bowl its purpose is to give the fans something they can't take their eyes off of. The big difference of course is that the WWE actually does.

Just take a look at this behemoth of a man (Roman Reigns) tossing guys around!

Football players have to be athletes to do what they do, but wrestlers have to be just as much of an athlete if not more to pull of the things they do.

In a way you could say that the WWE does have a benefit in comparison to the Pro Bowl. Since these guys stage events all the time their acting skills are much, much better--or at least so over the top they are entertaining.

I'm not sure what this guys is doing, but I can't stop watching.

Rules mean nothing of course. Kane had already been eliminated, but that didn't stop him from pulling a dude over the ropes by his head (can't do that in the NFL).

When it comes down to the end the guys in the WWE know how to put on a show too.

Fake or not, I'd be pretty jazzed about winning that too.

I know wrestling is supposed to be fake, but it sure looks like the Big Show nails Brock Lesnar in the jaw here.

Last but not least, I am sure Big Ben was cheering with the rest of the fans in Pittsburgh when Brock Lesnar picked up the Big Show and did this.

There was actually a lot more to the night than what you see above, but having watched the Pro Bowl and created this post I feel pretty confident in saying Ben Roethlisberger had a much better time than I did!
