Michael Crabtree Responds to Richard Sherman's Rant

As a fan of the game you can't ask for anything better than for a great game to come down to a great play between two fierce competitors like 49ers wide receiver Michael Crabtree and Seahawks defensive back Richard Sherman. If you were not aware of how intense the competition is between the two Sherman made it pretty apparent with his comments after the game.

After a rant like that you know Crabtree had to respond--and he has.

With the way Sherman's rant was blowing up Twitter he had to have heard about it before he left the locker room. About a couple hours after his 49ers fell 23-17 to the Seahawks he sent out this tweet in response:

He could have ranted in a way much like Sherman, but instead he kept it short, sweet, and to the point. As for what the film will tell--I don't know. Sherman is pretty darn good, but the best? Eh. I'll leave that for that crappy show that Skip Bayless and Steven A. Smith are on to debate.
