Philly.com Announces Winner of DeSean Jackson Cartoon Caption Contest

Eventually the whole mess involving DeSean Jackson and the Philadelphia Eagles is going to blow over, but there is no reason why a little fun can't be had in the process, right? That's what Rob Tornoe was thinking when he created this cartoon for Philly.com, but he didn't want to have all the fun himself.

So he challenged the world to provide the caption for this DeSean Jackson inspired cartoon.
