The amazing has happened--the Kentucky Wildcats are headed to the national title game. The bad games, the questions, the doubts--it all means nothing now. The Wildcats are playing for the national championship just like the voters in the preseason poll though they would.
But will they have Ale Poythress on the court Monday? After the on-court celebration that may not be the case.

The team did like it should do after securing a huge win and celebrated like crazy on the court. There can be a small element of danger when this happens. It is a rather hard court after all and when guys are jumping around like maniacs and pig piles happen--bad things might too.
Poythress was caught in the bottom of the pile and looks like he is in a wee bit of pain.
He says he's fine and the official word concurs, but he was seen with ice on his knee. That in itself is not entirely unusual for basketball players so it could still be nothing. I suppose we'll find out come Monday.
