Dallas Cowboys WR Cole Beasley Compares Dez Bryant and Tony Romo to Albert Einstein (yes, Einstein)

When we talk about athletes and celebrities it is sometime much easier to get a point across by comparing them to other athletes, celebrities, or even historical figures. Often times it's done to describe how a young players is expected to perform and uses a former player, i.e. Arian Foster is the next Jim Brown; Johnny Manziel this generation's Joe Namath; Jerry Jones is the next Al Davis.

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Cole Beasley decided to go a different route in a recent interview when talking about Dez Bryant and Tony Romo.

He compared them to Einstein. To be more precise he Bryant was like Einstein, but that Romo is Einstein. Before you start shaking your head read what he said (via FoxSports):
"He [Bryant] knows what he's doing out there," Beasley said. "Out here, he's like on a different level ... he would be like a mathematician, but like in football, a really good one, like Einstein.

It gets better:
"He's Einstein out here. I wouldn't say Einstein, that's [Tony] Romo, but I mean he's definitely a smart football player and what he can do physically puts him over everybody."

I get what he's going for. He's trying to say that these guys are not just great athletes, but are pretty smart guys; students of the game.

But Einstein? One of the smartest men to ever live? As Chad Johnson and Andre would say:
