Houston Texans Training Camp: Jadeveon Clowney Nearly 'Michigans' Poor Running Back in Practice

When the Houston Texans took South Carolina defensive end Jadeveon Clowney with the first pick in the draft they knew they were not getting an incredibly strong guy, but that they were getting one of the fastest big men in recent history.

It will be a few weeks before we get to see him show that highly regarded speed in a game, but he did give a flash of it in practice when he nearly destroyed a running back in practice in almost the same way as his infamous play against Michigan.

A lot of fans and bloggers are chalking the play up to Clowney sparing the running back, but I don't know. It kind of looks like he slipped and failed to wrap up on the play.

Speed is great JD--but only if you actually do something with it.
