WATCH: Baylor Bears Commit Drew Galitz Kicks 71-Yard Field Goal

Baylor Bears kicker Chris Callahan was the hero of the day last week when he kicked the game-winning field goal as time expired to give the Bears a 61-58 win over TCU. After a kick like that it's hard to imagine the team would even consider using someone else, but--well, let's just say it's a good thing the kick was only from 28 yards out (he's 0-5 from 30+).

To be fair, the Bears usually score touchdowns so they have not needed to kick many field goals. He could hit the next 20 from beyond 30 and his percentage would look just great. Or he might not...

Should the team have need for some long-range field goals next season it looks like they may be in luck. One of their incoming recruits, Drew Galitz, booted a 71-yard field goal at a recent kicker's camp.

Yeah, it's a different story with 50,000 people and a screaming defense out for blood, but still--that's 71 freaking yards!
