Eh--did he need to toss Andy Dalton as bad as he did? Did it look worse than it was because Dalton was not expecting it? Or was it excessive?
Personally, I think it was a good non-call. If Watt had intended for Dalton to go down he would have tossed him down. That being said, if I was the ref I would also have a little chat with him and make sure he understands not to get that close to a borderline call again.
