Harvard Beats Yale With Late 35-Yard Touchdown Pass [GIF]

Most of the time the college football loving world could care less about the Ivy League, but with much of the FBS playing crappy opponents Saturday College GameDay was in Cambridge today. It didn't hurt that this was the 131st edition of the rivalry between Yale and Harvard and that the Crimson could clinch an undefeated season and the Ivy League title with a win.

With a win Yale would own the conference title with their hated rival; something no one wants to do. So there was something to play for here.

Play they did. Harvard got out to a 24-7 lead, but saw the Bulldogs battle back to tie the game up at 24-24. However, in the end the Crimson could not be denied. Connor Hempel found Andrew Fischer for a 35-yard touchdown with under a minute left to retake the lead and secure the win.
