Early during the Cincinnati-Indianapolis game the Bengals had something very bad happen on the sideline. It wasn't so bad that someone was hurt or couldn't play, but an indicator that things may not be going well for Cincinnati before the game really got started.
So--what am I talking about? How about two Bengals--defensive back Adam Jones and defensive lineman Geno Atkins--going at it until their head coach had to step in?

Internal arguments are the beginning of the end. Once a team starts arguing the cracks are in place for the opposing team to exploit and destroy.
