College football programs have to do and say all sorts of things in order to keep the fan base happy and entice recruits in to picking their school. While a winning program, the possibility of winning a championship, or reviving a program are good enough for most recruits football fashion is becoming more and more important as well. The NCAA Fashion War has been in full effect for years now and encouraged many programs to come up with some pretty outlandish uniform concepts.
Kentucky has had no problem being a fashion forward program in recent years and if a tweet by a local recruit is any indication they will be adding at least a couple of helmets to the closet next season.
