San Diego Chargers QB Phillip Rivers and His Mullet are Playing Softball Again

Last season some fans taking in a local softball game thought some of the players on the other team looked familiar. In time they figured out that the opposition had a number of San Diego Chargers football players on it (some trying to go incognito; some not so much). Among the group was Chargers quarterback Phillip Rivers rocking a sweet mullet and some old fashioned coaches shorts.

Well--it's softball season and it appears that Rivers is back on the softball diamond, and he has brought a number of friends from the Chargers with him.

Last season Danny Woodhead and Eric Weddle joined him often, but they were not out the other night. With him were Mike Scifres, Mike Windt, Dontrelle Inman, Donald Brown, Nick Hardwick, Kellen Clemens and Rivers’ younger brother Stephen.

You would think that a team staffed by professional football players would be pretty good, but they got rocked 15-6.
