Oh how the rumor mill turns. As a celebrity all it takes is a sighting or two with someone in public and all of a sudden you find that the world thinks you are dating. As long as you don't kiss or cuddle in public you can claim you are just friends, but the public will make whatever conclusions it wants anyway.

Well--if you believe in rumors than this one is juicy. Apparently the duo that has never acknowledged that they were dating has split. Why? Supposedly Ciara is a bit on the clingy side and always wants Russell by her side. However, he has a lot going himself and can't really do that. So it had to end.
