For Arizona Cardinals rookie wide receiver J.J. Nelson that opportunity finally came Sunday night against the Bengals. It started off with a 64-yard bomb for his first career touchdown, and by the end of the night he had four catches for 142 yards to his name.
What this could mean for the rookie going forward could be interesting. The Cardinals are pretty deep when it comes to wide receivers. So will they sit him on the bench and use him when someone goes down or will he be worked into the rotation?
Only time will tell.
