Notre Dame Survives Turnover Filled Game To Get Win Over Boston College [VIDEO]

Good teams like Notre Dame have to be careful when they play teams like Boston College late in the season. The Fighting Irish should not have any problems with Boston College if they play as well as they can. However, if they do not or make too many mistakes they open the door for a team like the Eagles to get an upset win. At the same time, one of the signs of a good team is being capable of overcoming mistakes to still get the win.

That is exactly what the Fightintg Irish had to do Saturday night at Fenway. A very tough Boston College defense forced five turnovers on the day to keep the game close, but in the end the Eagles did'n't have enough offense to counter Notre Dame's with. They scored 13 in the fourth quarter to make it interesting, but in the end Notre Dame came out on top 19-16.
