UMass Freshman RB Marquis Young Turns In Third Best Half Of The Season By A Running Back In College Football [VIDEO]

It is seldom that you ever hear anything about a team that is 2-9 unless they just got beat by someone from a power conference, but that is not the case in this instance. The UMass Minutemen have not had much to be proud of this season until Friday's game against Buffalo. Their freshman running back turned into an absolute beast that refused to be tackled in the first half of the game--and the results showed.

At the end of two quarters he had 215 yards on the ground giving him the third best half by a running back in college football this season.

The Bulls figured out how to stop him in the second half. With five minutes to go in the fourth quarter be only has 12 yards to show for in the second half.
